What is NCPE?
The National Council of Performance Excellence (NCPE) was founded in 1997 to provide innovative tools for assessing organizational performance using advanced measurement tools and feedback data.
Working in partnership with the NCPE, TÜV SÜD America Inc. provides reports that are customized to the unique processes found in each client's management system. The reports measure the effectiveness of a company's management system through a formal scoring and rating system based upon the specific results of their audit as compared to the results of similar TÜV SÜD America clients.

During the performance assessment, clients are given invaluable feedback data which:

- Maturity Report - a report that will

6 categories from Non-
evident, Beginning,
Basically Effective,
Mature, Advanced,
and Role Model.
- Comparative Report - a report which will
provide data that is scored and compared
with other facilities within your
organization.
- Benchmarking Report - a report which will
provide will provide data that is scored against
up to 5 other similarly sized companies within
the same EAC code.
